We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of technical experience, with a strong background in Odoo development, Python, JavaScript, and web technologies. As a Senior Odoo Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation and customization of Odoo solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Odoo modules and custom applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of Odoo projects.
• Develop and maintain Odoo modules using Python, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Customize and extend Odoo functionality using JavaScript and web technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Odoo implementations.
• Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Odoo, Python, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in Odoo development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in developing Odoo modules.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, jQuery).
• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and integration.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML-RPC, RESTful APIs, and other related technologies.
• Knowledge of Odoo's architecture and framework, with experience in Odoo v10 and above.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Vue.js is a plus.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows in various industries.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
