Position: Technology Solution Sales Specialist

Position Summary
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities in the GCC region for the company's IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including client proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client-specific needs and tailor solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by presenting relevant value propositions.
  • Market Development:
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the company's solutions effectively.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to align client requirements with solution offerings.
  • Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve set targets.


Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Experience and Expertise:
  • 5-7 years of proven success in technology solution sales, preferably in the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with selling solutions like self-service kiosks, payment systems, ERP (Odoo preferred), and IT testing/QA services.
  • Regional Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of the GCC market and client preferences.
  • A valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Adept at preparing compelling proposals and closing deals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, payment solutions, and online marketing.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
