Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target prospective clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by reaching out to businesses in various industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and e-commerce.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Present and demonstrate the value of Self-Service Kiosks, Odoo ERP, Digital Payments, SEO/Digital Marketing, and Software Testing Services to potential clients.
  • Understand client pain points and tailor solutions to address their business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a smooth post-sale handover to the support and implementation teams.

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Products and Services to Sell:

  1. Self-Service Kiosks:
    • Customized kiosks for retail, hospitality, healthcare, and other industries.
    • Features like payment processing, information display, and self-checkout.
  2. Odoo ERP:
    • Comprehensive ERP solutions covering CRM, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, HR, and more.
    • Cloud-based and customizable to client needs.
  3. Digital Payment Solutions:
    • Secure payment gateway integrations, mobile payments, and point-of-sale systems.
  4. SEO and Digital Marketing:
    • Services including search engine optimization, social media marketing, content creation, and online ad campaigns.
  5. Software Testing Services:
    • Manual and automated testing for software quality assurance across various industries.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in IT sales or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with self-service kiosks, ERP systems, digital payments, SEO, and software testing.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Client-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
