Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR & Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the IT domain, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology tools, and effective in the areas of HR and Accounts. 

Position Summary
Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

· Manage recruiting, learning and development.

· Design compensation and benefits packages.

· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly / annual and 360° evaluations).

· Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

· Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

· Monitor HR department’s budget.

· Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

· Manage employees’ grievances and company reputation.

· Create and run referral bonus programs.

· Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

· Oversee daily operations of the HR department..

Accounts Responsibilities:

· Manage all financial transactions by entering account information

· Keep track of Accounts Payable & Receivables.

· Experience in handling end-to-end statutory compliances such as GST / TDS / ESI /PF and SEZ compliances.

· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.

· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

· Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

· Evolve mechanisms to reduce operating cost

Requirements

Key Skills:

· B.com/M.com is mandatory.

· MBA in relevant field is desirable.

· Well experienced in recruitment life-cycle.

· Well understood mechanisms to search and find the right talent.

· 2--3 years’ experience as an HR and Accounts Executive role.

· Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

· Demonstrable leadership abilities.

· Solid communication skills.
