This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales, consultative selling, and the ability to position AI and automation solutions to senior decision-makers. Flexibility to work in Night shift.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including BFSI, fintech, and enterprise organizations
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
  • Understand client challenges and position Klystron’s solutions as outcome-driven and ROI-focused
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns and social media outreach
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, AI, OCR, or IT services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts in the US
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, OCR, RPA, or document processing solutions
  • Background in BFSI or enterprise technology sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
